What do you need from me to start?
Content and access. I’ll start with your brand info, current site (if you have one), and any example sites you like. For the build, I’ll also need access to your WordPress/hosting where applicable, plus what you already have (copy, photos, logos).
Do you write the content for me?
I can support with copy and content structure, but the amount depends on what you provide and what your project needs. We’ll agree on this clearly in the proposal.
How long does a website build take?
It depends on scope and how quickly we can confirm decisions and content. After discovery, you’ll get a realistic timeline included in your proposal.
Do you include SEO, or will it rank automatically?
I set up SEO foundations (technical setup, structure, and best practices). SEO rankings depend on your content and ongoing effort, but the site will be built in a way that supports it.
Can you work with my existing theme or plugins?
Sometimes, yes – but if the current setup is limiting or messy, I’ll recommend a cleaner direction. The goal is a build that stays stable and easy to manage.
How do revisions and feedback work?
You’ll get feedback rounds during design. We keep changes focused so the project stays on track. Anything outside the agreed scope is handled as an extra request.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes, either through a Care Plan or one-off help if you choose a different option. You’ll know what’s included before we start.
Do you work with deadlines?
Yes. I can plan around your timeline, and I’ll tell you early if anything would delay the project so expectations stay clear.
How does pricing work?
Pricing works based on scope. After the discovery call, I’ll review what your site needs and send you a clear proposal with a fixed price, what’s included, and a realistic timeline. If anything changes during the project, I’ll explain it and adjust the scope clearly so there are no surprises.
Do you include training so I can manage the site?
Yes. During the launch/support stage, I make sure you know how to handle updates and basic changes in WordPress.
How many pages do we get?
We’ll agree on the page count and deliverables in the proposal. If you want to expand later, that’s possible too.
What happens if you find extra problems during the build?
If something comes up that affects scope, I’ll point it out and explain what it means. Any work beyond the agreed scope gets handled with a clear update to the proposal.
Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
Yes, I can offer payment plans depending on the project size and schedule. We’ll agree on a clear payment timeline before we start, so you know exactly what to expect from day one.
